Via Atomic Habits by James Clear, when building a new habit, it is helpful to pair it with one that you are already doing. Dishwashing, getting ready for bed, brushing your teeth, morning coffee or tea. Sound Baths don't have to be exclusively listened to while laying down. I listen a TON in my car before appointments, it has been so helpful.
Try getting creative with it and see what sticks. Doing sound 3x a week for 1-2 months can change your entire nervous system.
