Mid Length Sound Healing For Your Daily Life

Sound healing is a powerful tool when incorporated into your daily life. Until recently, I had a very strict mindset about sound baths and what length they should be for maximum benefit. If a sound bath is less than 45 mins long and you aren't laying down, it isn't worth doing.

Woahhh. Times sure have changed. In my own personal practice I find myself turning to these Mid Length Sound Baths for daily tune ups more so than the longer versions (gasp!) simply because they are so easy to incorporate during my day and require very little commitment from me both energetically and physically.

Here is the crazy bit. With daily exposure to sound healing your body begins to utilize ALL the healing benefits more quickly and efficiently. So, I was wrong. You can get all the benefits, even with little bits of sound healing #mindblown

The sound baths in this course are 15 to 30 minutes making it super easy to incorporate healing into your daily routine.

Each sound bath is born from a specific intention. I deeply consider what does the collective need right now? How can the sounds support every day healing? Before each recording session, I meditate on the intention. Then I consider what specific chakra, note, gong, or instrument combination that will support this best. We record several different sessions before choosing the one that truly resonates.

This is not haphazard or accidental. These mid-lengths are meticulously curated with tender love and energetic support. We hope you feel it.
