About this 20 Minute Crystal Bowl & Cello Sound Journey:

Recorded live at an amazing artist loft space in Emeryville, California in December 2019 with Suellen Primost, this sound journey celebrates the Winter Solstice through a soul warming interplay of melody and meditation.

Designed together, Suellen and Melissa created a sonic story that meanders through a snowy forest with Father time ringing his winter bell in the distance, a fluttering of snow falling to the ground and finally the expansiveness of a moonless crisp night full of stars.

Use this sound bath any time you need a moment of introspection, melancholy (in a good way) or reflection.
