About this Custom 20 Minute Sound Bath:

With Gratitude being our theme, Melissa chose the Heart, Root Chakra and 3rd Eye Bowls. She focused on incorporating the higher frequencies of the bowls with the intention of lifting our subtle energy into the higher vibes of appreciation and thankfulness.

Next, she chose Venus and Mercury Gongs, to assist us in speaking our heart truths, clearly and vulnerably.
