About this LIVE 21 Minute Sound Bath:

Recorded live in March 21st, 2020 in the early days of Covid sheltering in place. This one features Saturn and Venus gongs. Saturn brings deep bass tones and in this session, he is pushing us to the limit. And, Venus, who is asking us to yield. Venus was asking us to soften into the circumstances as they are.

So much of what we have had to endure has been out of our control and we've had to learn the hard lesson of yielding to what is. Not easy but essential to this human time period.

Use this sound bath when you find yourself in circumstances that are beyond your control and are needing to yield to what is.

This sound bath starts midway of the live session with a few introductory comments and guide-in that we intentionally kept in the recording as a little time capsule.
