With this relaxing sound bath, you'll get a delicious dose of fairy Koshi Chimes and then move into a nice long, extended crystal bowl set to deeply relax your nervous system and give yourself a needed rest.

Use this sound bath when you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. Type A's and folks that tend to put self-care on the back burner but actually NEED to regularly recharge (I am talking to you, projectors and manifesters) will benefit from doing this weekly.
