About this 30 Minute Sound Bath:

Originally created for the Reboot Sunrise festival in June 2020, I wanted to sonically create the feeling of a sunrise over the Pacific Ocean. As a "non-morning" person I can't say I've witnessed many sunrises BUT wanted to recreate the feeling of a pink and orange filled early morning sky filled with potential.

My intention was new beginnings, new days, new starts. A cheesy quote from Anne of Green Gables, "Tomorrow is fresh with no mistakes," eagerly ran through my head as we were recording.

Enjoy a luminous sound journey with the gentle waves of the Ocean Wave Drum, the sweet tones of quartz crystal singing bowls arranged to feel like a quartet, and of course, shimmering Koshi Chimes.

This sound bath is great for when you want to brighten your morning routine (5am risers and 10am risers alike), are stuck on repeat, lost in the minutiae of the daily grind, or just had a rough moment in your day and need a fresh start.
