About this 50 Minute Sound Bath:

This solstice sound bath is all about tucking in the past. Let’s tuck it in and give it a soft, gentle place to rest. Make peace with the past by absorbing the learnings and gently letting go of the remainder without spite.

The crystal bowls are themed to activate re-coordination and synchronization. The bowls are designed to gather the parts that have been scattered during the past year and start to re-coordinate/reintegrate them so the system can synchronize. 

The gong bath is a sonic imprint of the three main energies in the sky right in December 2020: Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus planetary gongs. These three energies will play a big part in 2021. The insight the three gongs gave me for the coming year is one of harmony, cooperation, re-coordination of lost parts through a focused aim.
