About this 35 Minute Sound Bath:

For my Fourth Annual Gong-tacular Halloween Bash, instead of doubling the gongs, we doubled the players!

This deep gong meditation features me and my audio producer playing four gongs: two Moons, Saturn, and my special Sound Creation gong. After a brief crystal bowl intro to set the stage, we go deep with a series of gong vignettes, playing off each other's patterns for a deep, dynamic sound meditation. We end with a gentle crystal bowl outro to ground the nervous system and prepare you for some serious spiritual trick-or-treating!
