About this 60 Minute Sound Bath:

Originally released in June 2020 in time for the Summer Solstice and Eclipse season, this Signature Sound Bath stars the immense 38" Paiste Sun Gong and takes you through the metaphorical progression of a lazy summer afternoon.

Your solar journey begins with a brief guide-in to help your body and mind relax into the crystal bowls. After your brainwaves have slowed down to match the languid pace of the crystal bowls, the Sun gong appears with the intensity of the noon day sun, before softly setting over the horizon and the sound of the ocean wave drum, with a little fire-elemental Koshi Chimes to close out this hour-long session.

This sound bath is fantastic for all seasons, use it when you need to recharge your energy, get a solar confidence boost, or switch your mood when you are feeling down. I'll be using this during winter when I am feeling those inevitable winter blues.
