About this 6 Minute Sound Bath:

This sound meditation includes a supporting cast of three of my favorites bowls: C, G, and A, paired with their wee lil 8" counterparts: baby C, G and A. Musically, these bowls take you "somewhere over the rainbow" with the acoustic phenomenon of octaves—a pitch double in frequency is the same note... just one octave higher! To round out the crystal bowl set I added my High Heart 16" F-Sharp to make this a seven bowl sound bath. Of course, you'll be hard pressed to hear any dissonance in this ethereal soundscape... everyone just seems to get along!
